We currently have two suppliers. Our partner in India is a proud member of the Nest Artisan Guild, a global community of artisan businesses practicing diverse craftsmanship across more than 50 nations. In partnership with Nest, non-profit 501(c)3, they are working towards a more inclusive global economy that brings increased opportunity to craftspeople, their families, and our communities. Our partner in NYC is an AAPI woman-owned workshop with a team of 10 sewers and pattern-maker in Long Island City.
We ship Monday through Friday. Typically, orders will ship within 72 hours.
Unfortunately we cannot make changes within an order once the order has been placed. If you’d like to try to cancel your order, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we will try to get to your email before your order ships. However, we can’t guarantee that we can cancel orders. If your order ships before we see your email, you will have to make a return.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please add the items you'd like to your cart and then enter your shipping address at checkout to determine shipping cost. You do not have to provide any payment info in order to see the shipping cost.
Each collection we produce is in limited numbers and we have an extremely high focus on high quality control standards and sell our garments with integrity. If you do have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please email email@example.com for a return label, and the item must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

“Ever After” conversion packages for hemming and natural dye services are final sale. These are custom orders and cannot be returned.
We currently don't offer international shipping, but stay tuned as we are hoping to offer this service soon.
An “Ever After” package can be purchased within one year from the date of dress purchase. We recommend purchasing the “Ever After” package at the time of dress purchase to take advantage of the bundle discount, and packages are valid for use up to one year after purchase.
Yes, we would love to create a special and unique batch of dress conversions for groups, and since dye lots are naturally different, if you let us know your batch order, we will make sure they are all in the same dye lot for consistency of color and outcome. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with the number of dresses you want to convert and the colorway desired.
Turnaround timing is estimated at 6 weeks after arrival of the dress to our studio.
This stitching creates a small round-shaped decorative element to an edge of a garment. It was strategically designed and implemented in our dresses because of the ease of hemming along this decorative Picot Stitching with a simple hand scissor.
