Elbow-length puff sleeves with delicate ruffles accentuate an elastic neckline that can be worn as a wide boatneck or off-the-shoulder to suit your style. A subtly detailed tiered skirt blends seamlessly into a perfectly delicate train to add just the right amount of drama without ever being fussy. The waist is elastic for maximum comfort and fit.
